Run an independent shop, bottle store, or specialty grocer? Order through our Faire storefront or Airgoods storefront. For a larger chain or regional account, email cheers@stillbranch.com with "Wholesale" in the subject line.
Press and partnerships
Story, podcast, collaboration, or sample request? Email cheers@stillbranch.com and we'll get back to you fast.
Influencer seeding
Outdoor, food and drink, hosting, or cocktail creators. We send product to a short list of people we love, and we're suckers for a good party-hosting shot. Email cheers@stillbranch.com with "Creator" in the subject and a link to your handle.
Contact checklist
A few things that speed up the answer. Put your order number in the subject line for anything order-related. For wholesale, include your store name, city, and how many boxes you want to start with. For creator requests, send the handle you post from. Most packet, shipping, and shelf-life questions are already answered on our FAQ.
Contact response time: within one business day, Monday through Friday, Pacific time. Weekend notes get answered Monday morning. Writing about a damaged box or a missing order? Photos help us make it right on the first reply. And if you just want to tell us how you build your Old Fashioned, those are our favorite emails. We read every message ourselves, usually the same day it lands, and nothing goes to a ticket queue or an outsourced help desk.
