Still Branch Refund & Return Policy
At Still Branch, we stand behind our products and want you to be happy with every order.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, email us at cheers@stillbranch.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right, up to and including a full refund or a replacement. This guarantee covers a single order of up to two boxes (one 1-box purchase or one 2-box purchase). Orders larger than two boxes are not eligible for the satisfaction guarantee, but we still want to hear from you and will work toward a fair resolution. Because we don't accept returns (see below), you keep the product when a refund is issued.
Returns
For food safety reasons, we do not accept product returns. Once a product leaves our facility we cannot verify proper handling, and returned food items cannot be safely resold. Any refund or replacement is issued without you shipping anything back.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us photos and your order number and we'll fix it regardless of order size. These claims are handled separately from the two-box satisfaction guarantee.
How to Request a Resolution
Email cheers@stillbranch.com with your order number (or receipt) and, where applicable, photos showing the issue. A founder reads every request, and we'll work with you directly.
Fraud and Abuse
We honor the guarantee in good faith and expect the same. We reserve the right to deny a refund or resolution in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, excessive or repeated claims, purchases beyond the two-box guarantee limit, or failure to provide requested documentation. In these cases, Still Branch holds final decision-making authority.
Processing
Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 15 business days, usually much faster.
Amazon Orders
Orders placed on Amazon follow Amazon's return and refund process.
