Shipping Policy

At Still Branch, Inc., we ship our products with care so they arrive safely and ready to pour.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 5 business days, Monday through Friday. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery

We ship from our U.S. fulfillment center to all 50 states. We do not ship internationally. Transit typically takes 2 to 5 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our control. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout; we cannot redirect a package once it's in transit.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is $4.95 for a 1-box order and free on 2-box orders. Any other rates or offers will be shown at checkout.

On Arrival

Our packets are shelf-stable and need no refrigeration, so they ship without cold packs in any season. Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything looks damaged or incorrect, email us photos and your order number, and we'll make it right (see our Refund Policy).

Title and Risk of Loss

Once your order is handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Amazon Orders

Orders placed on Amazon ship through Amazon and follow Amazon's shipping and tracking process.
