Overview Welcome to Still Branch, Inc. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, online store, and services (the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

We are Still Branch, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), and we sell high-quality food products for your enjoyment.

Section 1 – Eligibility and Accounts You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence to use our Services. By using our Services, you confirm you have the legal capacity to do so and consent to any minor dependents using the Services under your supervision.

When you create an account or place an order, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You may not transfer or sell your account to anyone else.

Section 2 – Our Products We strive to display our food products accurately. However, actual product colors, packaging, and appearance may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to device settings.

All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our discretion.

Section 3 – Orders and Purchases Placing an order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason.

All purchases are for your personal or household use only and not for commercial resale or export. Orders are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

We may cancel or modify orders if we detect errors, suspected fraud, or other issues. We will notify you if this occurs.

Discount codes and gift cards must be obtained through legitimate means and used in accordance with their stated terms; fraudulent, unauthorized, or resold codes may be voided without notice.

Section 4 – Pricing and Payment Prices shown at the time of purchase are the prices you pay (excluding applicable taxes, shipping, and handling, unless stated otherwise). Prices and promotions may change without notice.

You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount, including taxes and shipping. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and will pay all charges incurred.

Section 5 – Shipping and Delivery We ship food products with care, but we are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or events beyond our control. Delivery times are estimates only.

Once your order is handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. Perishable items should be refrigerated promptly upon delivery.

Section 6 – Allergens Still Branch, Inc. takes food safety seriously. Many of our products are made in facilities that also process common allergens, including but not limited to milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, wheat, fish, and shellfish. We provide allergen information on product labels and descriptions where available, but cross-contamination is possible.

It is your responsibility to carefully review all product labels, ingredient lists, and allergen statements before consuming any products. If you or anyone in your household has food allergies or sensitivities, consult a healthcare professional before purchasing or consuming our products.

We are not liable for any allergic reactions, illnesses, or adverse effects resulting from the consumption of our products, including those caused by allergens or cross-contamination.

Section 7 – Intellectual Property All content on our Services—including logos, product images, recipes, text, and graphics—is owned by Still Branch, Inc. or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may use our Services only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or commercially use any content without our prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Section 8 – Third-Party Tools and Links We may provide access to third-party tools or link to other websites. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or products. Use them at your own risk.

Section 9 – Feedback If you submit reviews, comments, photos, recipes, or suggestions (“Feedback”), you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and display that Feedback for any purpose, including marketing and improving our products.

You represent that your Feedback is truthful and does not violate any third-party rights. We may remove Feedback at our discretion.

Section 10 – Prohibited Uses You agree not to:

We do not guarantee that our website will be error-free or uninterrupted. While we take care with food safety and quality, you assume all risk related to the handling and consumption of perishable food products after delivery.

Section 12 – Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Still Branch, Inc., our partners, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services or products, even if advised of the possibility.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim.

Section 13 – Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Still Branch, Inc., our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law, or misuse of our Services.
